  • Mary and I were going to lunch after mowing our lawn, the check engine light came on, the check insta-track and reduce engine power message came. We were on Rt 604, running 55 MPH. We stopped at Troutville and called Ramsey in the service department. As always, he discussed the problem and told us to bring it in. We skipped our lunch, went to Pinkerton, where we bought our Impala LTZ new, and they took it right to the shop. Between Ramsey in Service and Mike in Parts, we were on the road and on to lunch.
